[edit] Legendary Senators
There are four Legendary Senators. They don't often appear in the Dark Assembly, but when they do, they'll make quite an appearance. Only one can appear at any particular proposal, but they all have the potential to drastically sway the vote. Legendary Senators don't usually show up to unimportant bills that usually have mostly low-level Senators.
| Name | Level | Influence | Special Effect |
|---|---|---|---|
| Venus | 1000 | 150 | "Charms" Senators in front, behind, and on both sides of her. If Adell gets charmed by her, he'll receive the title: "Archer Guards". |
| Morpheus | 1000 | 150 | Shoots sparkling dust into the Dark Assembly, putting to sleep several other Senators. |
| Ares | 1000 | 150 | Punches off the whole row on one side of him. The Senators go flying off into space and their votes are negated. If Adell gets punched off, he'll fall back down (not be blown into the sky), but his vote won't count. |
| Tengan | 1000 | 450 | Will ask for an item at the beginning of the Assembly. If he receives it, he'll instantly Love<3 you, otherwise his status will be Loathe. He'll just ask for generic item types, and nothing specific, so it's not too difficult. He resets after the vote, so you basically have to give him the right item every time he appears. It's a real killer if you don't since his vote is worth 450 points. My recommendation is to carry one of every item type every time you enter a proposal you're not sure you can get passed in case he appears. That way, he can help you win the vote. |
[edit] Baciel Party
Characteristics:
- Upper Senate
- Base Influence: 100 points
Baciel Party Senators are always Drunk. Medicine will make them sober, but you may need to use more than one. While drunk, they tend to lean a bit more toward "Nay" and do not respond correctly toward bribes, so sobering them up can be a good idea on certain occasions. It's not really considered a necessity to have these guys like you.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. BoozeHound | 700 |
| Sen. Hammurd | 500 |

[edit] Wood Golem Party
Characteristics:
- Upper Senate
- Base Influence: 100 points
The Wood Golem Party has no strange status effects that mess with voting and they have a lot of Influence, so after entering a proposal, you should bribe these guys before anyone else. When they all love<3 you, double their Influence with the Attended bill proposed by Sen. Hotshot.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. Ecovillain | 700 |
| Sen. Superstar | 500 |
| Sen. Bigwig | 300 |

[edit] White Dragon Party
Characteristics:
- Mid Senate
- Base Influence: 50 points
The White Dragon Party does not accept bribes, so the only way to raise your approval with them is to get Felonies. Under no circumstances should you double their Influence, unless you're trying to fail an attended bill, but you can't lower it back down afterwards without starting a new cycle.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. Enforcer | 280 |
| Sen. Exemplar | 225 |
| Sen. Tribunal | 190 |
| Sen. Veritas | 155 |

| Sen. Righteous | 65 |
| Sen. Lawful | 45 |
| Sen. Modesty | 30 |
| Sen. Decency | 20 |
[edit] Mothman Party
Characteristics:
- Mid Senate
- Base Influence: 50 points
Just like the Wood Golem Party the Mothman Party has no strange status effects, but they only have half the Influence of the Wood Golems. After entering a proposal, bribe these guys after you bribe the Wood Golems. When they love<3 you, you should double their Influence via the attended bill proposed by Sen. Flaps. Despite the fact that the game manual says monsters will have increased approval with Mothman Senators, this isn't true, at least for the NTSC version.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. Galacticus | 280 |
| Sen. Rapture | 225 |
| Sen. Rem | 190 |
| Sen. Shutin | 155 |
| Sen. Gimme | 120 |
| Sen. Entomology | 90 |
| Sen. Heckles | 65 |
| Sen. Belfry | 45 |
| Sen. Descartes | 30 |
| Sen. Flaps | 20 |
[edit] Petit Orc Party
Characteristics:
- Lower Senate
- Base Influence: 10 points
There's nothing wrong with the Petit Orc Party, but its Influence is relatively low. Luckily, they are obsessed with girls, so having a female propose the bill temporarily increases their affection points by +30 (Note: Only a few Monster Classes count as females). After entering a proposal, go ahead and bribe these guys after the Mothmen and Wood Golems. When they love<3 you, double their Influence through Sen. Orc Head's proposal. However, don't count on these fellas to win the vote for you, just maybe help a little.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. Orc Butt | 180 |
| Sen. Orc #9 | 140 |
| Sen. Orc #8 | 115 |
| Sen. Orc #7 | 90 |
| Sen. Orc #6 | 65 |
| Sen. Orc #5 | 45 |
| Sen. Orc #4 | 30 |
| Sen. Orc #3 | 20 |
| Sen. Orc #2 | 12 |
| Sen. Orc Head | 5 |
[edit] Ghost Party
Characteristics:
- Lower Senate
- Base Influence: 10 points
Ghost Party Senators will be asleep about half the time. As such, they don't vote and you won't be able to bribe them without waking them up. The only way to wake them up is with a bomb. Bombs damage nearby Senators and make everyone hit by them start out hating you after the bill, so you'll have to re-bribe them to make them happy. I would just say to ignore these guys; their Influence is low and they're too much trouble.
| Name | Base Level |
|---|---|
| Sen. Comatose | 180 |
| Sen. Tepid, Jr. | 140 |
| Sen. Tepid, Sr. | 115 |
