Muscles makes wimpy little characters flushed with muscles. Muscles add lots of HP to a character, which is good for low Defense or HP characters like Skulls, Samurai, and Marionettes. Another use for Muscles is to equip a few on a Prinny to have it deal lots of damage when thrown. Like Emblems, Muscles are not found at a local RosenQueen store and must be stolen or won. Muscles may also be given by the Hospital as prizes for your "donations" when you pay to have HP or SP replenished. This is why many people throw Prinnies for no apparent reason; in order to spend a lot at the hospital and gain good prizes including emblems, muscles and many others.
