Flonne, a former resident of Celestia is another of Laharl's vassals. Despite her angelic origins, she has since been transformed into a fallen angel by Seraph Lamington after the events of Disgaea~Hour of Darkness. Two years ago, she was sent to the Netherworld in an attempt to assassinate King Krichevskoy. Unknown to Flonne, her true mission was to be used as a sort of diplomat to bridge the gaps between Celestia and the Netherworld. She is currently part of Laharl's court and typically acts as a sort of mediator between Laharl and Etna when they get into an argument.

Despite her status as a Fallen Angel, Flonne is compassionate, loving, and peaceful. Yet she also subordinate, naive, and simple minded. Flonne has shown that even her angelic patience has its limits, especially when it comes to any remark about her flat chest.

In battle, Flonne provides healing and support for other characters. Flonne has good SP, Resistance, and oddly enough, Intelligence. She is good with Staves, although many players give her a Gun or Bow as a back up weapon. Her high Res and inherited ability makes healing spells a must for her.
